Trinity Carbon Works is focused on design, reverse engineering and 3D scanning for the automotive industry. We rely heavily on 3D printers. 3D printing has come a very long way in recent years, so much so that it is preferable to CNC for pattern making for composites. The cost is much less, and the throughput is scalable. We believe additive manufacturing is the near future for composites and fabrication. We offer private label 3D printed parts, composite parts, and metallic parts. We can support your workflow from concept to production.
3D Scanning
We use 3D scanning capabilities to accurately and precisely re-create organically shaped surfaces. These can be used to make tight-fitting parts, jigs, or patterns.
Composites
We offer small scale production and composite prototyping. The methods we use are hand layup vacuum bagging for simpler parts and resin infusion for more intricate pieces. We currently do not use prepreg materials.
